1、首先对位移传感器进行检查:

因为拉力试验机系统是一个闭环系统,要想知道是哪个部分出现了问题,就一定要切断系统中的回路,使其成为一个开环的系统。从而可以判断试验机的传感器信号是不是正常。这个时候也要断开位移传感器的反馈信号,使其成为开环。此时工作站发出一个控制动作器移动的信号,对传感器的反馈值进行测量,在几次重复之后,传感器的反馈数据值可以组成一条直线,这个直线是线性变化的,从而就可以知道传感器是不是有问题了。

在已经排除了位移传感器的问题之后,因为拉力试验机的系统是一个闭环系统,放大器单元的正常与否是一定要进行检查的,方法就是断开放大器单元的输出信号。将输出接线拆除,在放大器单元加上一个直流输入信号,然后测量摆锤冲击试验机放大器单元的输出情况,在重复试验几次之后,得到一个放大器单元输出信号的线性变化趋势数据,这样就可以知道放大器单元是不是有问题了。

工作站当中的动作器的行程正常情况下应该是±50mm,如果与这个数字不符,那么就是系统设定的问题,就需要重新的设定系统。要是工作站的显示板上面的显示值依旧不正确,那么就可以判定只有重新的标定位移系统,才可以解决这一类的问题。
